Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Internal Client Relationship Manager to join their Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients to drive new business and deliver exceptional service.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with B2B experience to work with a leading organization in the payroll and umbrella industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy for new business development with the Sales Director, focusing on smaller accounts and identifying new agency relationships outside of the current account base.
- Identify specific vertical markets that align with the target contractor population and work on additional projects and opportunities as directed by the Sales Director.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to consultants on industry legislation and maintain a record of prospective accounts, including account profile information and activity on the Sales CRM.
- Handle incoming enquiries from prospective agencies and utilise referral data provided by the Sales Director to identify new business channels and upsell opportunities.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, with a track record of working towards sales KPIs, including calls and generating revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and utilise CRM software.
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
