We're looking for a Sales Associate - Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Moss, interacting with customers and promoting our brand values. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, following our Essential Steps of Service, and providing individualized advice and styling options.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service.
- Strive for high productivity, seizing opportunities to maximize sales and services goals.
- Have strong product knowledge for all our services, including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store.
- Assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries and adhering to stock and cash control procedures.
- Follow the Appointment process, utilizing the appointed platform to ensure accurate status information.
- Basic Product Knowledge, including understanding features, benefits, and products available in the store.
- POS Systems, including familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
- Reflects the aesthetic of Moss through personal style and presentation.
- Embraces continuous self-improvement, resilience, and efficient time management as core personal attributes.
- Has outstanding communication abilities, inspiring, guiding, and fostering meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Consistently embodies Moss's core values and behavioural competencies in daily responsibilities and interactions.
