We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RHI DVA Renal Healthcare, Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' vital signs and laboratory results.
- Conduct patient assessments and identify potential complications or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 12 months of RN experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
