Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to all business units to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks, and develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that all employees understand their compliance responsibilities.
- Perform horizon scanning to stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and their potential impact on our business.
- Recommend appropriate responses to regulatory changes and ensure that our business is prepared to adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Compliance role within a financial services or wealth management environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant FCA regulations and previous CASS experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging compliance training at all levels across a business.
