Senior Compliance Advisory Manager
**Job Summary**
Deerfoot IT Resources Ltd is seeking a Contract Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Compliance Advisory Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies while guiding our business units and developing effective training programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Understand relevant laws and regulations, maintaining regulatory logs and assessing business impacts.
* Guide units on compliance issues and product approvals, conducting compliance reviews and developing risk strategies.
* Create and monitor compliance training programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders and responding to inquiries.
* Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in a second-line compliance role in financial services, with knowledge of the FCA Handbook and compliance frameworks.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
**Desirable:**
* Similar role held in a Wrap Platform business.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager).
