Senior Compliance Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team at Deerfoot IT Resources Ltd. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a robust compliance framework to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance matters, including product approvals and regulatory logs.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and develop risk strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Create and implement compliance training programs to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and response to compliance inquiries.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- Proven experience in a second-line compliance role in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of the FCA Handbook and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
