Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for engaging with our customer base, responding to inquiries and feedback, and providing information about our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
  • Track and process orders and refunds.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
  • Work rotating shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 customer support.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the importance of brand tone and customer experience.
