Job Title: Passenger Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to assist passengers with disabilities and sensory impairments in a safe and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport and assist passengers with disabilities and sensory impairments in a safe and caring manner.
- Provide care duties associated with transport services, including assisting passengers to prepare for their journey and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Work as part of a team to deliver the service and operate the vehicle tailgate-lift during boarding and alighting of passengers in wheelchairs.
- Ensure the safe application of wheelchair clamps and straps and other specialist equipment.
- Complete records as required by Integrated Transport procedures.
