Senior Wordings Consultant, Casualty

Role Overview

This position is integral to our Casualty Practice, encompassing our global business portfolio, including International and US Casualty, Product Recall, Healthcare, and the Digital Economy sectors.

As a Senior Wordings Consultant, you will review, negotiate, and finalize wordings documentation promptly and professionally, ensuring alignment with optimal market practices and client requirements. You will ensure that wordings are clear and precise, taking responsibility for any rejected wordings and collaborating with brokers and clients to resolve technical issues until a final agreement is reached. Your role will significantly contribute to tender activities by reviewing wording documentation included in client submissions. You will also engage in the servicing and enhancement of our product portfolio, ensuring that facility wordings are in the best possible condition. Development of cross-team relationships and extensive internal collaboration will be essential in delivering special projects that support our brokers in implementing tailored client solutions.

Strong expertise in wordings and technical requirements related to London Market placements, coupled with a commercial mindset. Proven technical understanding of client needs and the Insurance Market. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional industry networking skills and knowledge. Strong teamwork capabilities, with the ability to positively influence outcomes. Ability to prioritize tasks, lead projects, and complete assignments within deadlines.
