Job Opportunity

Keltbray Energy is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Cost Consultant.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and inputting to the production of project ITT pricing and submission documents within the GSP Framework. They will ensure all pricing requirements are met and submitted in line with contract requirements, and will liaise with the Employers team to progress submission of ITT and all post-submission activities, including agreement of draft contract documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review documents and prepare a report identifying project details.
  • Complete pricing preliminaries in conjunction with contractors.
  • Prepare project risk registers.
  • Post-tender financial negotiations.
  • Assess and manage risk and opportunity and support negotiations as part of the pricing process.
  • Collate and review tender documents and submission requirements in a timely way, ensuring all financial information is identified and provided and accurate compliant design proposals are included.
  • Provide Project Kick-Off documentation as part of the commercial handover meeting.
  • Responsibility for 'sign off' of all cost elements prior to any gate meetings or financial submissions.
  • Ensure that the project commercial team have received an effective handover of bid documentation.
