Job Opportunity

Keltbray Energy is seeking an experienced Estimator/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production of project ITT pricing and submission documents.
  • Ensure all pricing requirements are met and submitted in line with contract requirements.
  • Liaise with the Employers team to progress submission of ITT and post-submission activities.
  • Support delivery teams during pre-construction phases.

Requirements:

  • Review documents and prepare reports identifying project details.
  • Complete pricing preliminaries in conjunction with contractors.
  • Prepare project risk registers.
  • Post-tender financial negotiations.
  • Assess and manage risk and opportunity.
