Job Title: Lettings Manager

Braundton Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to tailor our services and offerings.
  • Maximise business opportunities by responding promptly to online enquiries and collaborating with third-party suppliers.
  • Provide detailed reports on business performance and progress towards targets.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and systems, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Manage landlord updates and communicate effectively regarding property management matters.
  • Review and update internal processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the UK estate agency industry.
  • Strong understanding of lettings regulations and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Relevant qualifications such as ARLA Propertymark membership or equivalent.
