We are currently in search of a motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment, assisting our Associate Director and earning commission on her desk.
In this role, you will work closely with our Associate Director, who oversees multiple fast-paced divisions while managing a busy Engineering desk. This position will be diverse and engaging, offering ample opportunities for advancement for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for a bright graduate or A-Level school leaver with the ability to grasp technical information quickly, along with an outgoing personality and a strong work ethic.

4. Enhance your recruitment skills by learning the end-to-end process, from taking briefs to successfully placing and onboarding new candidates.
5. Network and source candidates proactively.
6. Maintain accurate records in our CRM while managing multiple tasks effectively.
7. Provide comprehensive support, including document formatting, job advertisement writing, and managing spreadsheets.

9. Attend meetings alongside the Associate Director, taking notes and making a positive impression on our business partners.
The ideal Recruitment Assistant will possess:
1. A-Level education or higher, with the ability to learn quickly (strong GCSE grades or relevant recruitment experience will be considered).
2. Excellent communication skills and a polished presentation.
3. A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in recruitment, with a basic understanding of the industry.
4. A passion for learning and a desire to absorb knowledge in a supportive and friendly team environment.
5. A trustworthy and accountable attitude, with a commitment to personal development.
6. An energetic and ambitious nature, willing to go the extra mile.
7. The ability to demonstrate perseverance in learning new skills or overcoming challenges.
8. An interest in specializing in the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical sectors (not essential, but a willingness to work in this area is required).
9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally.
This opportunity offers a vibrant and sociable working environment, with open-plan offices and ongoing career development prospects. We are a well-established company with a history of employees returning, fostering a supportive team atmosphere where everyone collaborates to achieve high standards.
