KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: YOUR ROLE

In this position, you will collaborate with our service engineers in a designated area, effectively planning, prioritizing, and managing their daily activities. Building strong relationships with our technicians is essential, as teamwork is vital to ensure our customers receive timely service. Equally important are the relationships with our clients, as you will be responsible for coordinating visit schedules, keeping them updated on any changes, and potentially organizing the delivery of necessary equipment and materials.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Exceptional customer service abilities (preferably in a business-to-business context) with the capacity to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office applications. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Servicemax or similar is advantageous, although training will be provided. A proven track record of problem-solving and working effectively in high-pressure environments. A calm and confident demeanor, with a positive outlook and the ability to provide examples of overcoming challenges and going above and beyond for clients.
