REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for candidates who possess:
Exceptional customer service abilities (preferably in a business-to-business context) with the capacity to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office applications. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Servicemax or similar is advantageous, although training will be provided. A proven track record of problem-solving and working effectively in high-pressure environments.
