About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Tiverton, Devon. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily tasks, such as medication management and meal preparation
- Encourage independence and empowerment through skills development and goal setting
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support

- A competitive hourly rate, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024

Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to a car (desirable)
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins
