We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Innserve Ltd. As a key member of our customer service and field operations team, you will play a vital role in planning and scheduling daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a first point of contact for Innserve's colleagues and customers, providing outstanding customer care and support.
- Plan and schedule daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Utilize innovative technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
**Requirements**
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build effective business relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in administration, CRM systems, MS Office, customer service, call centre, or contact centre.
- Flexibility to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities, achieving team goals.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary of £22,907 per annum, pro rata for the length of the contract.
- Bonus/incentive/overtime schemes.
- 23 days annual leave and 8 bank holidays per annum, pro rata for the length of the contract.
