Catering Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our team at The Princess Grace Hospital in London. As a key member of our Hotel Services team, you'll be responsible for managing a team, producing weekly rotas, and ordering supplies to ensure we deliver an exceptional culinary service to our patients, visitors, and staff.
With a focus on customer service and a can-do attitude, you'll create a positive and energized working environment that showcases your catering or hospitality experience. You'll work closely with our team to produce fresh, high-quality meals that cater to the diverse needs of our patients and staff.
As a Catering Supervisor, you'll have a significant impact on patient care, providing comfort food, nutrition, and culinary delights that take their minds off their worries. You'll be a professional and friendly leader, dedicated to delivering an outstanding service that exceeds our patients' expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of catering staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Producing weekly rotas and ordering supplies to meet the needs of our patients and staff
- Collaborating with our culinary team to create menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as health and safety standards
