Job Title: Catering Supervisor
Location: Hospital Setting
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Flexible shift patterns, between Monday and Sunday, 6:30am to 10 pm

Requirements
- Experience leading frontline teams within a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills with team members and customers
- Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety certificate in catering (or similar)
- Clear understanding of legislation and regulations – including food safety and hygiene, health and safety, uniform and others
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Initiative to solve problems and create opportunities
About the Role
We're seeking a Catering Supervisor to join our team at HCA Healthcare UK. As a key member of our Hotel Services team, you'll be responsible for managing a team, producing weekly rotas, and ordering supplies. You'll create a positive and energized working environment, using your catering or hospitality experience to deliver an outstanding culinary service for patients, visitors, and staff.
You'll help us create and serve meals that are fresh, eye-opening, and enticing, similar to those served by top hotels and restaurants. This is a chance to gain great kitchen experience while enjoying the benefits of working for a leading healthcare provider.
The big difference between this role and a standard Catering Supervisor position is that the work you do will be a vital part of the total care package we offer, helping patients recover quickly. As a Catering Supervisor, you'll be professional and friendly, with a can-do attitude. You'll be focused on customer service and able to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
