Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Core Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling core operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively schedule and manage core operations, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Cruise Manager to develop and implement effective scheduling strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of job-related information, including scheduling, attendance, and completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adherence to client-specific requirements and protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Cruise Managers, Operations Managers, and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an operational role, preferably in a scheduling or coordination capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
