Apprentice Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Service Technician. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all scheduled activities, including training at our state-of-the-art facilities and workshops.
- Keep all learning activities up to date and ensure that you are prepared for regular reviews with your Manager, Mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor.
- Carry out foundation tasks common to all service and repair procedures.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment.
- Access information such as wiring diagrams, technical data, and vehicle repair information.
- Use complex diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical measuring equipment.
- Inspect and prepare vehicles to high-quality industry standards.
- Remove, repair, or replace components to manufacturer's specifications.
- Investigate vehicle faults and identify their underlying causes.
- Apply advanced diagnostic principles and logical problem-solving techniques to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Get involved in activities that raise the profile of our dealership, such as promoting the Toyota brand and attracting new customers.
