Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Netbox Recruitment Limited. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the support team with customer inquiries and allocate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for customers using the client portal.
  • Manage the shared inbox and handle phone calls while completing courtesy calls to existing customers.
  • Act as an account manager to customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized support.
  • Process orders onto the system and update the CRM with relevant details.
  • Raise tickets for troubleshooting and follow up with customers to ensure software and hardware are functioning correctly.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, including face-to-face and over-the-phone communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle difficult customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite and Outlook.
  • Bubbly and strong personality, with a proactive approach to customer service.
