Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team at the Bolton Mental Health Liaison Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in the general hospital and A&E settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the shift coordinator, triaging referrals and providing clinical input to cases.
  2. Participate actively in the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the development of risk and management plans.
  3. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Bolton Mental Health Liaison service, engaging in training, appraisal, and service review.
