Job Title: GCSE SEN English and Maths TutorJob Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GCSE SEN English and Maths Tutor to provide tailored educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in English and Maths at the GCSE level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating individualised lesson plans to meet the unique learning needs of each student
  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students with SEN
  • Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Requirements:
  • A relevant teaching qualification
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in special education
  • Experience in administering assessments and tracking student progress
Working Conditions:

This role is based in learner's homes in Hackney, Greater London. The working hours may vary depending on student needs and exam schedules.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
