Main Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients with complex eye conditions, including children and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and neurological problems.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for patients, including those with glaucoma, stroke, and other eye conditions.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner, making decisions on the instillation of drops for diagnostic and refraction purposes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and Nurses, to provide comprehensive eye care services.
- Participate in clinical teaching and training, sharing knowledge and expertise with other healthcare professionals.
