Compensation Package: up to £28,922 plus service charges

Role Overview:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the Food and Beverage team, ensuring adherence to Meli White House's operational standards. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing our service procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all team members are well-versed in the hotel's Health and Safety Policy and adhere to safe working practices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including dishes, wines, and other beverages.
  • Lead the team effectively, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
  • Address guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Participate in the execution of Food and Beverage promotions.
  • Coordinate mandatory training for staff and ensure timely completion of e-learning courses.
  • Foster a professional and motivated work environment, respecting cultural and individual differences.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
