Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Test Analyst to support our Higher Education client in their iTrent system implementation project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR & Payroll system testing and experience working with iTrent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the iTrent HR & Payroll system, ensuring seamless testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve testing issues.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the system meets the client's requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on HR & Payroll system testing and implementation best practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR & Payroll system testing, ideally with iTrent.
  • Strong understanding of the system testing lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Jira and other project management tools.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SITS Student Records system and its testing.
  • Knowledge of iTrent system implementation projects and product knowledge.

  • A competitive daily rate of £400-£500 outside of IR35.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work and hybrid working in central London.
