Job Title: Compensation and Payroll Specialist

At Simpson Judge Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR and payroll systems, focusing on project execution, database enhancement, data accuracy, and dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the HR team to boost reporting capabilities, refine metrics, and enhance analytics, especially following the deployment of new systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data within the HRIS, conducting regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to support system upgrades, configurations, and new implementations.
  • Analyse HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to the Head of HR Operations and other stakeholders, including budget analysis and headcount reporting to aid in financial and workforce planning.
  • Ensure HR data practices adhere to data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Lead or participate in HR technology projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
  • Input and verify payroll data in the iTrent system, addressing discrepancies as they arise.
  • Prepare payroll data and documentation for review by the Senior HR Advisor.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on global mobility payroll, taxes, and compliance.
  • Support the preparation and execution of the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, bonus distributions, and equity grants.
