Job Summary:The Pharmacy Support Associate role within the Pharmacy team requires a dynamic and patient-centric individual who wants to help patients navigate their journey through the pharmacy. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering patient queries by telephone and email
- Communicating with members of the pharmacy team and clinic to ensure medications are dispensed in a timely manner
- Supporting the Pharmacy team in various areas, including quality issues, patient care, and administrative tasks
- Being the first point of contact for complaints and incidents, collating feedback, and liaising with the Head of Governance
- Liaising with product and tech support teams on technical issues
- Working closely with the line manager and wider team on service improvement
- Maintaining mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of work experience
- A good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities
