About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology Consultant to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Heart Failure service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the management of patients with heart failure
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols for the management of heart failure
  • Contribute to the development of research studies and clinical trials in heart failure
  • Supervise and train junior staff, including clinical fellows and specialist trainees
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical services
Requirements
  • MRCP completed or equivalent
  • Full GMC Registration
  • Post CCT
  • Comprehensive experience in Cardiology
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Competent in general medical procedures
  • Good communication skills
