About the Role:
LTF Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Northfield, Birmingham. This role focuses on providing individualized support to children in the reception class, particularly those with special educational needs, within a well-resourced environment. The position is intended for the long term, with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assist in the implementation of tailored educational plans for children with SEN.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff members.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in early years settings, such as reception or nursery.
