About the Role:

LTF Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Northfield, Birmingham. This role focuses on providing individualized support to children in the reception class, particularly those with special educational needs, within a well-resourced environment. The position is intended for the long term, with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Assist in the implementation of tailored educational plans for children with SEN.

The Ideal Candidate:
