Care Management Officer

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Care Management Officer to join their team. As a key member of the housing management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our over 55s retirement schemes.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming new residents and explaining their lease terms and service charges.
- Managing property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, and ensuring high standards in communal areas.
- Overseeing health and safety compliance, including fire risk assessments.
- Ensuring timely collection of ground rent and service charges, managing debt recovery, and working with the management team on budget setting.
- Previous experience providing customer-focused services, ideally within housing or with similar customer groups.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, housing policy, and best practices.
- Experience working across teams and external agencies to deliver a high-quality service.
- IT proficiency, including basic MS Office skills and familiarity with housing management systems like Northgate or Inform.
