Management Accountant

TPF Recruitment is partnering with a top 30 chartered accountancy firm to fill a Management Accountant position in their central finance team. This exciting opportunity offers flexible hybrid working arrangements between the office and home.
Key Responsibilities- Monthly Financial Reporting: Oversee and review the production of monthly financial reports for accountancy practice subsidiaries.
- Complex Subsidiary Management: Prepare financial reports for more complex subsidiaries within the organization.
- Payment Authorization and Cash Flow Management: Authorize payments and monitor cash flow at a subsidiary level.
- Team Support and Development: Provide support to and assist in the development of Finance Administrators within the team.
- Reporting to Head of Finance: The role involves reporting directly to the Head of Finance, indicating a significant level of responsibility and accountability.
- Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will be ACCA / ACA qualified with 1-3 years post-qualification experience preferably in an accountancy practice. Qualified by experience candidates will be considered.
- Key Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload, proficiency in Xero and Excel, reliable and capable with a passion for detail, efficient and personable communicator, and confident dealing with varied financial queries from a range of stakeholders.
- Competitive Remuneration Package: A generous remuneration package includes a salary of £35,000+ depending on experience, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working, part-time hours – 4 days a week / 30 hours min will be considered, pension scheme, group life assurance x 4, 23 days annual leave (exc BH) – increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 28 days, flexible, hybrid working, opportunity to purchase additional holiday days, free car parking, access to our employee benefits portal – cashback and vouchers on everyday purchases, employee Assistance Programme, employee Referral Bonus, opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the Firm, regular training and development, friendly and inclusive working environment.
