Management Accountant

The Management Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Produce monthly management accounts for multiple entities and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, comparing actual costs to budgeted figures, and supporting the financial audit process.
- Account Management: Reconcile accounts, manage bank payments, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Process Improvement: Review financial documents for accuracy, maintain general ledger entries, and manage vendor invoices.
- Communication: Distil complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to work in a varied, hands-on finance role, with the ability to interact cross-functionally and build strong working relationships with operational leaders. Previous experience in a management/financial accounting role is essential, with a background in a manufacturing/engineering or project-based organization being highly desirable.
