ROLE OVERVIEW

The Finance Analyst specializing in Revenue will assist Finance Managers in overseeing critical aspects of Company Property Revenues and Expenditures, which are essential indicators of operational success. This role will focus on identifying growth opportunities while managing potential risks.

The primary duty of the Analyst will be to guarantee the precise and prompt execution of Month-End tasks, billing operations, and the identification of areas for ongoing enhancement. The Analyst will possess comprehensive ownership of their designated responsibilities, which include analyzing extensive and intricate data sets, month-end financial reporting, forecasting essential metrics, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to ensure data accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities in Financial Accounting

  • Ensure timely and precise invoicing of applicable services, providing detailed supporting documentation as necessary.
  • Record and assess monthly transactions throughout the month-end process.
  • Conduct and facilitate reviews of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee the delivery of monthly financial information to support the successful completion of financial reporting.
  • Assist in tracking and resolving inquiries raised, coordinating with Business Intelligence and other operational functions as needed.
