About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team at CIIH Ltd T/A Headway Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of sales experience who is driven to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients in the workspace sector and develop strategies to engage with them.
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Utilize CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to take ownership of the sales function and drive growth in the London workspace sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify and approach potential clients, and participate in occasional meetings with the team.
