Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the business operations of Page Personnel Finance by providing timely and effective resourcing solutions. This individual will work independently to identify and deploy resources to meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resourcing Planning: Develop and implement resourcing plans to ensure the timely deployment of resources to meet business needs.
  • Resource Allocation: Work with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, taking into account statutory and company requirements.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to end-users of the ERP Resource Grid to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the system effectively.
  • Consultation and Assurance: Consult with initiators of resource requests to understand their specific needs and ensure that allocated resources are deployable, competent, and have the necessary skills and training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in resourcing planning and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and resource management.
