We are seeking an experienced Advanced Paramedic Practitioner to join our team at Hastings & Rother Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-led care to our patients, with a focus on frail and older adults.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking clinical team, providing care to patients in a variety of settings, including their homes, care homes, and our GP practices. You will be working closely with our GP Partners, GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-led care to patients with a focus on frail and older adults
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations with patients presenting with a wide range of medical issues
  • Provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care
  • Visit patients in their homes to assess their medical condition and frailty review
Requirements
  • Full and unrestricted NMC (UK) or HCPC registration
  • RGN, RMN or Paramedic qualification (minimum degree or equivalent, ideally masters level)
  • Qualification in Physical Assessment skills
  • Prescribing Qualification
  • A qualification in Frailty Care
