**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert diagnostic services in histopathology and cytology, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement local services, working closely with colleagues in other specialties.
  • Lead and support the development of teaching and training programs for medical students, nursing staff, and other professional groups.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of our laboratory management systems, ensuring compliance with Clinical Governance and Appraisal.
