Role Responsibilities:

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead significant enhancements in a dynamic, high-volume operational setting by applying technology and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

The primary objective of the Continuous Improvement Engineer is to serve as a catalyst for change within the organization, ensuring that improvement rates align with those of a world-class operations team, steering the company towards operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in driving improvements and efficiencies in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Preferably holds a degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Capable of conducting risk assessments using FMEA methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying Lean Six Sigma tools effectively.
  • Possesses a pragmatic, solution-focused, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to specifying and commissioning equipment, from selection to installation.
  • Enjoys collaborating in a cross-functional environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
