Role Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and providing leadership for a team of Quality Engineers to drive the successful implementation of new products, improve quality outcomes, and manage day-to-day quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Lead a team of Quality Engineers to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality management, and quality control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Experience in implementing new products in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
