Vacancy: Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to eliminate waste and optimize production processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and logical problem-solving to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new production processes and equipment.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring robust stakeholder management and cost control.
  • Conduct risk assessments on new processes and equipment to identify and mitigate hazards and risks.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in material science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in polymer processing, including extrusion and injection molding.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis software, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of simulation software packages, such as MATLAB and Sci-lab, is desirable.
