Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at a global leader in polymer foam manufacturing. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in maximizing profitability by eliminating waste in the production process and ensuring successful delivery of New Product Introductions (NPI) to agreed cost, quality, and timing.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize profitability by identifying and eliminating waste in the production process.
- Deliver NPIs in line with cost, quality, and timing objectives.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize statistical analysis and simulation software to optimize production processes.
- Strong knowledge of polymer processing and manufacturing.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and simulation software.
