* Uphold our reputation for exceptional care, adhering to CQC, Local Authority, and internal standards
* Drive business development, building strong local relationships and partnerships
* Collaborate with other Teams, providing support and expertise when needed
* Monitor and report on Team performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement
