Job Title: Cloud Engineering Manager

At MHR, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineering Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure team. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning our cloud platform with our architecture and technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute quarterly plans for the cloud platform team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to understand infrastructure requirements and advise on best practices.
  • Drive cloud infrastructure proof-of-concepts and work with architects to roll out new concepts.
  • Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify and address team challenges, implementing solutions to improve performance and well-being.
  • Advocate for Agile development practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of software professionals.
  • Good understanding of software architecture and Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficient in Continuous Delivery best practices and security requirements for handling sensitive information.
  • A team-oriented individual with a passion for engineered excellence, innovation, and people management.
