Job Title: Area Sales Manager Wood Finishing & Protection Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the wood protection products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on our wood protection products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wood protection products industry, including wood protection products, wood, joinery, wood finishing, timber, coatings, paints, interior wood, wood oil, flooring, manufacturers, furniture manufacturers, trade sales, area sales manager, business development manager, sales manager, sales, and building products.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in the wood protection products industry
  • Strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
