Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Complex Information Analysis: Interpret and analyze complex information and manage complex circumstances to inform decision-making.
- Partnership Working: Collaborate with other statutory and voluntary agencies in partnership working to ensure effective care delivery.
- Quality Standards: Set, monitor, and evaluate standards for high-quality care to ensure excellence in patient care.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present reports at senior management level to inform strategic decision-making.
- Therapeutic Boundaries: Effectively manage therapeutic boundaries with patients exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with partner organizations, commissioners, and external stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.
- Communication and Presentation: Inspire and motivate others using advanced communication and presentation skills to drive excellence in patient care.
- Qualifications: RMN or RNLD qualification, with a valid and clear UK NMC Pin.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience at Senior Management level, including managing change, and extensive experience in mental health settings.
- Skills: Demonstrable experience of working with budgets, using financial and activity information to support the management of services, and interpreting and analyzing highly complex information.
