Position Overview

Sales Performance Analyst

IQVIA is seeking a skilled Sales Performance Analyst to become a vital part of our esteemed client's organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our commercial, sales, and marketing divisions to boost sales effectiveness through analytical insights and research. Your responsibilities will include the upkeep and enhancement of our data management systems and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine sales metrics and market dynamics to uncover potential growth avenues
  • Monitor and report on sales achievements relative to established objectives
  • Generate precise sales projections
  • Oversee inventory and usage statistics, alerting the team to any potential issues
  • Classify customers to maximize sales initiatives
  • Partner with sales leaders on strategic projects and promotional efforts
  • Assess the return on investment for sales and marketing endeavors
  • Keep track of competitor movements and provide insights to the team

Tools and Technologies:

  • Enhance and maintain business intelligence applications
  • Develop and sustain a performance tracking tool for clear goal management
  • Investigate new technologies and tools to enhance market agility

Commitment to Improvement:

  • Identify enhancements in sales and marketing processes
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams
  • Transform data into compelling narratives and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, science, or statistics is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards)
  • Experience in forecasting, data manipulation, and report generation
  • Familiarity with SAP, Business Objects, IBP, and sales CRM platforms is beneficial
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred
  • A strong inclination towards problem-solving and an inquisitive mindset
