Role Overview:
The Infotainment Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in the evaluation and testing of infotainment systems within pre-production vehicles, ensuring they meet customer expectations in both static and dynamic testing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of functional discrepancies identified during reliability assessments.
  • Address concerns raised by testing facilities through the Quality Whole Vehicle system, ALPOS, by compiling detailed problem statements and determining root causes for escalation.
  • Interpret and analyze complex vehicle bus data to create comprehensive functional problem statements.
  • Define testing and release standards based on in-depth knowledge of customer usage patterns and relevant engineering standards.
  • Ensure that reliability testing protocols encompass various operational scenarios to identify potential functional issues in pre-production vehicles.
  • Specify unique testing procedures aimed at validating specific performance features against customer expectations.
  • Manage and analyze incoming concerns from the ALPOS system, with a target of 300 assessments annually.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in infotainment systems, complemented by a solid electrical background.
  • Strong collaborative and persuasive skills, utilizing data effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Proficient in gathering and analyzing vehicle electrical network data to pinpoint root causes of issues.
  • Data analysis expertise using tools such as ODIS, VAS, MDF viewer, and MDA.
  • A degree in electrical, electronic, or automotive engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • A valid driving license.
