As a Support Worker at Certitude, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives. You'll work directly with people in their homes and communities, providing personalized support that fosters independence and well-being.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with the individuals we support and their loved ones, creating a supportive and trusting environment.
- Promote choice and autonomy by actively involving individuals in decisions that affect their lives.
- Collaborate with individuals to identify their goals and aspirations, then work alongside them to achieve those objectives.
- Encourage participation in activities that bring joy and meaning, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
