About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Extra Care Senior Support Worker to provide person-centered care and support to our service users in Brent. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Extra Care Registered Manager in the operational management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks, empowering clients to maintain their independence
  • Support individuals to access employment, education, and social opportunities, promoting a positive atmosphere within the service
  • Collaborate with the Extra Care Registered Manager, Social Services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Work in an empathetic and holistic way to maintain orientation and independence, adapting to the diverse needs of our service users
Requirements

We are looking for a warm, person-centered, and respectful individual with previous experience in services for older people, people with dementia, and memory loss. You must be flexible, energetic, and reliable, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
